This house is perfect. It has a low-poly setup if you want, from just a click.
It has 3 actual bedrooms (fourth if you decorate the Garage, which is what I did).
And the high-poly/high-quality setup does not actually change my render times by more than half a minute, and honestly, it looks gorgeous and well made. Thank you, deathd!
I also love that there is a clutter setup too, and the posters on the walls allowing you to put your own pictures on them, is just icing on the cake.

great room to use for your rendering
DD Three Bedroom House Triad for DAZ Studio
Get the DD Three Bedroom House for daz studio, the yard and pool, and the christmas lights all in one go and save a few dollars.
This house is fully rigged for daz studio. All the doors, windows, cabinets and draws that should be able to open, will open. I set up an advanced control panel in the parameter tab, to make using it as easy as possible. Color coded dials, divided into sections for each room.
I designed the daz3d shaders to be easily customizable. If you want to change the color of something, chances are it's possible by simply changing the base color of that shader. Since I included so many material zones, I recommend using the surface selection tool to see what you can customize right in the viewport. I did my best to name them all as logically and easy to find in the list as possible, but it's a lot easier to just click on what you want to change, then change the color in my opinion.
