Has anyone had problems with Artstation support

Sorry to post this here but I'm getting nowhere with Artstation support and I'm wondering if it's just me, or are they as bad as they seem? I know this is not Artstation support but maybe someone else here has had a similar problem with them??
I placed an order there over a week ago, but only one file will download, ( ot of eight ) all the other files give me the following error when I press the 'download' button
AccessDenied
Access denied
I reported this to their support, and the response was 'Try deleting cookies' Try A different browser' 'Try A private browser session'
I tried all those to no avail and reported that back to them
After a couple of days I asked if there was any progress on my problem? The response was "We are aware of it and we are working on it"
After a couple of further days I asked if there was any progress. The replay was "can you tell us your username and email address?" ( bear in mind they emailed this to me, therefore they now my email address ) every response I send to them I include their id number for my support call.
Having sent me username and email address details the response was "We already provided a hotfix for this problem As an alternative and a work around you can create a new release this will fix it and as well for the product."
If the 'hotfix' was the cookies/browser response i tried it and it failed. I have no idea how I as a customer can 'create a new release'
Really I'm convinced I'm talking to some sort of broken chatbot.
I 'had' intended buying more from the, this being 'Black Friday' and all, but at this stage I'm doubtful if I would get what I paid for.

All resolved now. Contacting the vendors directly sorted everything out and they went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy.

Have your credit card or PayPal take the payment back.

Yes, contact the seller directly. I bought a Blender set and was confused about the product.
I contacted Arstation and they just had me talking to a bot.
It was better to contact the seller and their response was immediate and they gave me an excellent solution.
