Hi together,
sorry for the stupid question, but I have made clothes in Marvelous designer for G9 as OBj. I never had problems with G8, but with G9 it just won't work: either the clothes are not on the body or DAZ supports completely.
Here is my description of how I proceed:
File- Import- OBJ- Click on OBJ- then Assets- Transfer untiy- then g9 and select the clothes. Most of the time DAZ supports here when I say it is loose clothing. I really ask for your help

When you're using the Transfer Utility, the "Item Shape" on the source's Scene item and on the target are both on default?
And before you're doing the transfer utility part, the outfit fits ok on the base model (without morphs)?

Fri, Apr 28, 2023I have tried it without morph and with. And when I use "loose body suit" daz3d crashes completely.

Fri, Apr 28, 2023Oh i see, this is a bug on Genesis 9. Before using the transfer utility make sure nothing is selected or select Genesis 9 only, that way it will work without crashing.

Sat, Apr 29, 2023I think DoroThee237 is right, the outfit and the model are not in the same position, when you import it to Daz without using any morphs on G9 they should "fit". I would recommend you fix that before using the transfer utility, you can change it's size and move it on Daz itself and after that export to an OBJ file then re-import.
To make the clothing in Marvelous designer did you use Genesis 9 (without morph) as an avatar to create the clothing?

Sat, Apr 29, 2023you are not the only one having this kind of problem with G9, the fastest way is to delete G9 and resume the original G9, and apply the texture, the morphs and reload the clothes
