BUT PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT DO YOU WANT TO SAY PINNED... dOU YOU WANT THE ITEMS TO BE PRINTED IN A 3D PRINTER OR JUST THE STARS AND GALLONS TO BE USED FOR INSTANCE IN DAZ. ?
I have already made the star in Blender and used in a DAZ scene. Is it what you want?Forum ImageForum Image

That's perfect. If you give them to me in DAZ format and allow me to use gold and silver textures, I'll be happy to buy them from you for $5 each. I can only pay you with a VISA or AMAZON gift card OR I can pay you with a gift card from over here. If any of these options work for you then let's do it.

PS: I'm only on here during the week-ends so don't be alarmed if I don't reply until the end of the week.

The silver and gold textures are the standard metal shaders that came with Irai when daz is discharged. I will load the rank insignias in Renderhub for you to buy

I bet you prefer the first one unfortunately, it will be very difficult to do something like that for the eagle, without rising to $10 the price for the eagle. Do you agree?
I can offer you the eagle like the second version for $5 and an eagle similar to the first leaf for $10.

I'm using the same texture shader for all of them but I'm not too happy with how the lief is turning out. All of them are pointed in the same direction at the same distances from the light source. Even if I move them to the left or the right, it renders the same. What do you suggest?

I am not sure I have understood your question. I am using daz and irai rendering system and it works ok.

I just picked up the eagle. Nice. Thanks.

Can you do a set like these ...

image (eleven pins total =

1) Completely empty inside
2) one dark strip (don't make it black -- instead make it a dull / unpolished / grey color)
3) two dark strips
4) three dark strips
5) one bright strip
6) one bright and one dark
7) two bright
8) two bright and one dark (put the dark in the middle in between the two bright stripes)
9) three bright stripes
10) One thick dull strip (as thick as three regular stripes
11) One thick bright strip

make it look like this ...

image

... the back ground of the pin should be gold and the border silver and the bright stripes should look like they are attached to the border. The darker color strips should look like they are painted on the background and not part of the border.

If you have any questions, please ask before you make all of them. $5 each seems fair because once you do the first one, it's just minor modifications.

By reading again you messages, I have understood that the black stripe is just black on the upper surface, while the walls are golden. But do you want that also to apply to the silver bright stripes, as in that picture?
What about the vertical inner walls of the "boat"? Do you want they to be silver, as in the picture, or I paint them on gold as well?

Maybe it will be easier if you produce a picture of the object from the top/lateral side

This is perfect. I actually don't need the pin in the back. I'm sorry. it was in the original photo and I should have mentioned it. If you could take them out, I'll add an extra dollar per image $6 per image instead of $5 per image). If not, I'll take them as you have them for the $5 per image. But these are perfect. Can you make the dark one look like a dull grey metal. Less dark than what you have. I want to make a slight change if you didn't do #10. Don't do 10 and add 6a

1) Completely empty
2) one dark strip
3) two dark strips
4) three dark strips
5) one bright strip
6) one bright and one dark
6a) one bright and two dark (put the bright one in the middle)
7) two bright
8) two bright and one dark (put the dark in the middle in between the two bright stripes)
9) three bright stripes
11) One thick bright strip

I can buy them today or tomorrow or I can buy them next week-end

YOU DONT NEED TO PAY MORE. I WILL REMOVE THE PIN!
It is not a problem at all.
I have created a certain slope on the stripes, as in the picture.
I will produce all the models.

I don't need all of them. I'm only interested in these ...

This is what I am interested in :
1) 1 Chevron with 0 Anchor
2) 1 Chevron with 1 Anchor
3) 2 Chevrons with 0 Anchor
4) 2 Chevrons with 1 Anchor
5) 2 Chevrons with 2 Anchors

You should "move" the object to be placed in the part of the arm, for instance, where you want it. After that, you should "parent" the object to the arm. (Left mouse after selecting the object in the scene tab.

aracnide334Mon, Jul 24
Karma: 820
That could be an example. However, I think a curved surface, rather than a flat object, would better adapt to the arm of the shirt.
Also, the texture could simulate a cloth better than that. This is just a test. Note: The character is G2M and the uniform is from Pusley designs.

If you approve it, I will do all, according to the rank symbols I got in internet.

The other question: How do you want I to pack it?
As a .duf file without the man including the textures separately as a jpg file, that you need to search and use as a base color... or you prefer I to generate a zip file containing the folders people, runtime, texture etc, so these files are to be merged with your folders?

artist
dim35
Karma: 607
Tue, Jul 25
i think a zip file

I'm not that technically advanced
aracnide334Wed, Jul 26
Karma: 820
I underestimate the job. It was much more difficult than what I thought.
But after two days of moving points in blender it is finished and I will upload the files at the fixed price.
I am sending all included in a zip file. It includes:
The .duf files to be merged into your scene. The rank will appear close to the shoulder of a genesis3 character in a base pose. You only have to move it to the required position on the shirt and then "parent it" to the arm of the character. Since then, it will follow all the movements of the arm.
The zip file also includes the original blender files, in case you want to modify something and the two fabric patterns (the .jpg files) I have used as base color for the ranks.
In case you have doubts, do not hesitate to contact me.

Remember the pins that you made for me? I would like to add some extras if you are up to it. Remember these two ...
Forum ImageForum Image
I would like to add the following ...

1) add the skinny silver bar next to thick silver bar and center the two (the thick and silver)

2) have a skinny silver bar on the left and another skinny bar on the right with the thick silver bar in the middle

3) have two thick silver bars

4) make an even thicker silver bar almost the size of the two thick silver bars.

aracnide334Tue, Aug 22
Karma: 820
Let me understand what you want:
You want four additional cufflinks, all of them just in silver and gold, not black stripes, and the differences are just the width of the silver bars. Right?
I will do them shortly. $5 each is ok?

artist
dim35
Karma: 607
Tue, Aug 22
Yes, that will be fine. Just to be clear, the spacing in between the stripes should be the same distance that you had before but this this you will have

1) a thin stripe next to a thick stripe
2) a thin stripe next to a thick stripe next to a thin stripe
3) two thick stripes with the same spacing as in your originals == thick strip, thin spacing, thick strip
4) just as the thick strip is almost the size of three thin stripes but right next to each other, this thicker stripe will be the size of two thick stripes.
