The nice thing about working with them is you get several different artists from the team who will all create promos for your product.
So you get a variety of different artists' vision and creativity.

Mon, Apr 15, 2024Sympatico spammed me incessantly in prospecting me as a promo artist until I threatened the owner. Seriously, I got 5-6 messages a day for a week or two.

Mon, Apr 15, 2024I'm acquainted with Xtreme3D but honestly I couldn't tell you anything about promo rendering from there. But due to my experience with Sympatico, I decided that I was not going to take part in promo rendering for others. The pay isn't great, among other things.
From the other end I guess I can see merit in having someone else render for you. But it's still weird to me. I don't know of anyone outside of Studio/Poser who would even consider having someone else render their 3D models unless their production schedule doesn't allow them to render.

Tue, Apr 16, 2024my take is a bit different here, I think my rendering work is pretty basic and might not appeal to wider tastes so I want to give it to a bit more dedicated person and see the results of my experiment.In addition, I am still a small creator and want more exposure

It seems to me that the problem is not in the rendering, but in the quality of the product itself.
I don't want to say that your product is bad; perhaps you have many buyers. But it seems to me that you pay very little attention to the faces of your characters.
Make them more realistic and detailed, and then an ordinary close-up of a face will seem like a masterpiece rendering.
