How to provide feedback on products to vendors (CLOSED)

Two of the items that I've purchased from RenderHub have small problems and I think the vendors would like to know about them.
I've used the Contact Vendor on the first one and have received no reply. It's been nearly two months. I don't want to irritate vendors who have no interest in product help but also don't want to provide public feedback where it's a small problem..
Any suggestions would be welcome.

It is for this type of small problem that I personally created a dedicated forum concerning my products.
Rather than making a big deal out of it, if there is a small problem, a request, a bug or something else, the thread is up to date and I can investigate and correct it.

You may be able to render an image for the gallery in which you use the product and point out the problem in the description (this can be done in a very friendly way).
You can then specify which 'Marketplace Item' you have used when uploading the image. The producer of the product will then receive a message that his product has been used ... and could then possibly reply to you in the comments section of the image or as a PM.
I can't think of any other option at the moment. However, you are honoured that you do not wish to use the product rating for your comment / hint. Thanks for this

It is courteous that you would contact the vendor first and give them the opportunity to resolve a small problem.
However, if you have received no response, don't be afraid to use the rating and review system. That's what it's for.
If the vendor resolves the problem, you can update your review. Just send a message to Support, asking to update your review, with a link to the product.
If the vendor does not resolve the problem, your review will help other future customers with their buying decision.
If the issue is a functional problem with the product, feel free to contact RenderHub Support. A reviewer will take a look at the product.
If appropriate, the product will be removed from the marketplace and be sent back to the vendor for an update.
RenderHub does not want broken products in the marketplace, which could potentially irritate future customers.
If you don't want to leave a public review, you don't have to.
