Linda meets Lully
3D Render by Mjrk…and strange things happen. I don’t know if any of you had the same problem
with the chair in a simulation: the clothes (I tried it with different dresses) fell
right through the chair as if it wasn’t there (picture 2).
I have exported the chair via Cinema4d-bridge, separated the upholstery from
the rivets and the frame and then re-imported it into DAZ-Studio.
Then the simulation worked as usual.
About the scene: I don’t know what happened there - maybe the younger daughter
turned to veganism and doesn’t want to come with the other to the pheasant-hunt?
I just wanted to test this fantastic new model by Linday.
The clothes are of course not from the Rockoko-Aera since I have not so much
from that period. I guess they are all dresses in clothes from around 1820?
The actors: Cassie by Marissko/renderhub (Merceds Hair by AprilYSH/DAZ,
„Fay Gown“ by Lully/RR,), Ensley by Bluejaunte/DAZ (Courtney Hair by AprilYSH/DAZ,
„Chemise a la Reine“ by Lully/RR), Floyd G8m/DAZ (Historical Hair by RedzStudio/DAZ,
„Leprechaun Clothes“ by Mada/DAZ).
Props from sketchfab: „Vinatge Candlestick“ by WED Design, „1792_2“ by feranec (the costume-doll).
The room and the furniture are from Linday/DAZ.
Thanks for looking!

Mon, Nov 20, 2023Thanks. While I had the models (meanwhile I have ex- and reimported all of the props) in Cinema, I have separated all the
upholstery-parts from each other. So, when I make the dents for sitting and leaning, I can select and deform them separately.
No more dents in the frames (like it happened often before).
I have done the ex-and import business to the "Victorian Furniture" too. Really good and beautiful models, but when you try
to select polygons i.e. on the sitting part of the sofa or the chair random polygons somewhere else on the model get selected.
After the re-import the problem had vanished.
