Death can take the remaining souls for her dining pleasure and Destruction can keep all the architecture and technology she cares to keep. In keeping with a natural balance of good and evil, Death demands 4 souls of her own, just like that of Mother Superior. Destruction has no desire for souls and opts for the deal as is.
