3D Render by ExcessiveMesh Grabber isn't great but it's better than no sculpting tools at all - this is with the character mesh at base resolution, DAZ keeps the "HD character morph" stuff gated behind a huge convoluted bunch of export/import crap but you can simply pose the character and get it in the ballpark and convert the figure to a prop and subdivide the whole thing to work with higher rez mesh if you want. Clunky but better than nothing!
