Fri, Apr 18Hmm ... difficult question and certainly a matter of personal taste. So here's just my personal opinion: I'm always irritated by speech bubbles - which are more familiar from drawn environments - when they appear in realistic settings.
Then there is the font (even if it is called Comic SF). For me personally, it doesn't really fit together.
On the other hand, it's a bit strange to see the pictures first and then read the story ... hmm, I think if I were to do something similar, I would put the story on the same level as the picture - and then not as a floating level, but with its own continuous background. For example, white text on a dark/black background, which then separates the text nicely from the image.

yeah i planned on doing the text versions first but then thought it might detract from views if they were showwn in the tumbnail, and i was after feedback so thats the reason they are "The wrong way round"
But thanks for the feed back i'll bear this in mind for the next upload in the series

Fri, Apr 18Throwing in my two cents also, you could maybe do it like subtitles from a film, or text from a virtual novel. So you could make each scene with space at the bottom knowing that the text will go there or format it as such. It's a tough call.

Fri, Apr 18THanks so much for the feedback and i am leaning towards more NO TEXT versions, i do like to tell a tale and speach bubbles tend to be restrictive wwhen trying to convey the story..

In terms of clean or captioned, you come across as more of the "story teller" type so I'd go with captions if you had to choose between clean and captioned when uploading.

Fri, Apr 18Thats for the vaulable feed back, and im glad you lie the story telling ! i will probably go back to clean renders with the story back in the description as i get more space to get into the story, although i may at some future date try a comic in the freebies section. we'll see
