The ocean is from https://www.renderhub.com/causam3d/ocean-hdris-v-deux-for-daz-studio
The ripples are SYRW Ripple 03 from https://www.daz3d.com/ripples-and-wakes-iray
The key is to not only align the props properly but to make sure they use the same shader (I don't know what shader I used)
