A simple long-sleeved T-shirt that can be modified with morphs, simulation presets and dForce. It is always used as follows:
Morphs -> Simulation Preset -> Simulation

MORPHS
As usual, you will find the morphs in the "Parameters" pane under "Morphs". Please use the morphs BEFORE (!) the simulation.

MATERIAL PRESETS
The first two material presets determine the appearance (normal or with lace cuffs). Both presets also contain the basic settings for the simulation behavior. This means you can use these presets for simulation or to reset a selected simulation behavior (see below).

The last two presets control the simulation behavior (saggy or tight). To reset the simulation behavior, simply assign one of the first two presets.

START BONES FROME MEMORIZED POSE
For upright poses of your model, you can set the " Start Bones From Memorized Pose " setting to " Off ". " Simulation Settings " pane -> Simulation -> Initialization
This reduces the simulation time.

USING MORPHS, SIMULATION PRESETS ... AND POSES
I can't really give you any recommendations here, as the fun of this 3D garment lies in experimenting. By combining morphs, presets, and poses, you can achieve surprising results time and time again by simulating this product. Try it out: it's really fun
