I should open that scene again to be sure, but if my memory serves me right, it's a Male Genitals + Easy Control, also most of the time I modify the skin surfaces until I'm satisfied with the result.

Sat, Feb 28Should work without Easy Control too, simply by scaling and bending the bones of the Male Genitalia.
