As such it is a pretty creative prop, but I probably would've opted for holes on either side of the head for the hands (like a mobile stock) and some simple clamps or something for the feet. Especially for animation the stiff/unnatural movement or the hassle of trying to animate the rope is just not worth it. But hiding them works and you can always do something with the hands, so a nice asset nonetheless.
