Very good building interior. Easy to use, looks good from the default, but can be re-textured to your own taste. It was a good buy 
Japanese Stay Apartment
"Japanese Stay Apartment" is a small, budget-friendly, modern-style apartment typically found in Japan's dense metropolis. Also seen in animes.
It includes the following:
- a Main room (bedroom and living room in one) with terrace
- a Kitchen
- a Bathroom
- a Laundry area
- comes with a full preset and individual rooms preset
- over 2 dozen functional props (rigged, morphing, with ERC, or dForce ready)
- Iray materials (easily customizable so you can get the right look and mood)
Because not all of our Daz characters are filthy rich and can afford a luxurious lifestyle.
Model made in Blender and Daz Studio.
[Tip: Use a prop's Parameters >> Actions dials if available to properly activate its "functions". Oftentimes, this may be ERC which involves multiple bones, morphs or objects.]
