Snarl's G9 Eyes for Genesis 8 Male
Hi all,
This product is designed for those users who wish to keep using Genesis 8 figures but would like to take advantage of some of the nicer features of Genesis 9. One of the biggest ones for me was the new conforming eye prop. It's a much higher resolution eye with a way better UV.
Introducing Snarl's G9 Eyes for G8M. This prop is a high resolution conforming eye prop similar to the Daz G9 one but with additional tweaks to make it conform better to the G8M skull. Each eyeballs is just over 2K polys at base mesh. Additionally, this prop is compatible with the Daz Genesis 9 Eye UV. Any material preset for Daz G9 Eyes that use the default UV can be copy pasted onto Snarl's G9 Eyes for G8M. Material presets for G9 Eyes that are not hierarchical presets can be applied directly to Snarl's G9 Eyes for G8M. Hierarchical presets will need to be applied to a G9 figure directly and then copy pasted over.
We've included a handmade eye texture to give you something to start with, but we recommend the more professional made eye materials from Daz. The base G9 package from Daz includes several eye materials.
You also get four morphs for adjusting the eyes. Additionally, because the prop is conforming to G8M, any non-HD G8M morphs that morph the eye will apply to Snarl's G9 Eyes too. See the screenshot using the slit pupil morph for an example.
Just load our Snarl's G9 Eyes, hide the left and right eye bone on the G8M figure and you're good to go.
You get:
- 1 Conforming eye prop for Daz Genesis 8 and 8.1 Males
- 1 Default blue eyes material
- 1 Material preset for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Male eye socket surface for pupil.
