A black garter for very special occasions.
It is made of lace and a colored band in gold and burgundy.
A medal on the side in gold with ribbons taking up the colors of the thigh band. A fleur-de-lis is present in the center of the medal.
The medal pivots via a knot for a perfect pose in all circumstances.
