In the current situation, having to find accommodation is a real ordeal.
New types of habitats are emerging, with smaller areas, less energy-consuming and going to the essentials.
The house has a modern design, with up-to-date decoration.
The edges of the house open to have room to animate and pose your characters

Each prop is independent
The meshes are optimized:
House: Low Polys
Props: Mid Polys
Real-time textured with Ray Tracing for Nvidia Iray.
You can change the textures of the frames, the magazine and the TV without going through a software like Photoshop, throw your selected image into the Base Color and that's it, the UVs are unfolded for.
The bay window opens fully as well as the bathroom door.
