Asuka Langley Soryu / Evangelion / Anime 3D Model
This is a 3D model of Asuka from the anime Evangelion that I've been working on; just the model, without a skeleton or rig, just the model composed of: 130,799 vertices, 14 objects, 260,744 edges, 130,024 faces, and 260,328 triangles.
This was an exercise that took me many hours and a lot of effort to polish. It's full of details, from the detailed work I did on the suit in texture paint, to the number on the backpack, the eyelashes and eyebrows, and even the eyes—all done from scratch.
I'm an illustrator, so even though it's anime, I tried to make it anatomically harmonious, And that can be seen in the figure's slender shape. It could be used for animation, but if that were the case, it still needs rigging. A project I created with love, dedication, and effort for the fans of this great anime series.
