Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of RenderHub's services, website, network, and systems. By accessing or using RenderHub, you agree to comply with this AUP. RenderHub reserves the right to update this policy at any time, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Prohibited Activities
You are strictly prohibited from using RenderHub to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following activities:
Illegal or Fraudulent Activity
You may not use RenderHub for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. This includes engaging in activities that violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.
Disruption of Security and Integrity
You may not violate the security, integrity, or availability of any user, network, computer or communications system, software application, or network or computing device.
Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:- Unauthorized access, scanning, or probing of systems
- Distributing malware, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code
- Executing denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or deliberately attempting to overload a system
- Interfering with the proper functioning of RenderHub or any connected network
Violating the Rights of Others
You may not use our services to violate or infringe upon the rights of others. This includes infringing upon intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, and patents), privacy rights, publicity rights, or misappropriating trade secrets.
Violence and Harm
You may not use RenderHub to threaten, incite, promote, or actively encourage violence, terrorism, or other serious harm against any individual, group, or organization.
Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You may not use RenderHub to distribute, publish, send, or facilitate the sending of unsolicited mass email or other messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations (commonly referred to as "spam").
Posting of Adult Content
Adult content includes, but is not limited to, sexually explicit material, pornography, graphic depictions of sexual acts, content created primarily for sexual arousal, sex toys, or any other inanimate objects intended for sexual use.
This does not include mature content which must possess clear artistic, educational, or cultural merit and must not cross the boundary into sexually explicit Adult Content. RenderHub reserves the right to make final determinations on whether content qualifies as Mature or Adult.
Child Sexual Exploitation or Abuse
RenderHub maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any content or activity that promotes, depicts, distributes, or facilitates child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSEA/CSAM).
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Posing minor-appearing characters in suggestive, provocative, or sexualized manner
- Minor-appearing characters in inappropriate attire
- Minor-appearing characters in contexts of violence
- Including genitalia on minor-appearing characters in the marketplace
- Nude or partially nude renders, wireframes, or texture maps of minor-appearing characters for technical, reference, or showcasing purposes
- Tools, custom morphs, or adjustments to de-age adult base figures into minors, or distributing assets designed to do so
Moderation is based entirely on visual physical maturity. If a subject appears to be a minor, it is treated as a minor regardless of stated age, lore, or fictional species.
Any such violations will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies immediately.
Investigation and Enforcement
RenderHub is committed to enforcing this Acceptable Use Policy to protect our community and infrastructure.
Investigation
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this AUP or misuse of our services. RenderHub may actively monitor, review, and evaluate user content, network traffic, and system activity to identify potential breaches of this policy.
Enforcement Actions
If RenderHub determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has violated this AUP, we may take any remedial action we deem appropriate, without prior notice.
Such actions include, but are not limited to:- Issuing a formal warning
- Removing, modifying, or disabling access to the violating content
- Suspending or permanently terminating your RenderHub account and access to our services
- Blocking traffic or access from specific IP addresses
Cooperation with Law Enforcement
RenderHub complies fully with legal processes. In cases involving illegal activity, credible threats of violence, or child exploitation, RenderHub will report the incident and cooperate thoroughly with relevant law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and third-party investigators. We may disclose user information, including identity and content, when required by law or to protect the safety of the public or our users.
