21 Sep 1792 " Abolition of the royalty" 7/12 3D Model
The proclamation of the abolition of royalty was an episode of the French Revolution that took place on September 21, 1792 during the first session of the National Convention, during which the deputies proclaimed the abolition of royalty in France (which since September 13, 1791 took the form of a constitutional monarchy). It marked the end of nearly eight centuries of unbroken monarchy and the birth of the Republic.
