City House 3D Model
The low-poly 3D PBR City Hause. The model has a good level of detail, includes PBR 4K textures (BaseColor, Height, NormalMap, Metallic, Roughness, Opacity, Emissive). Despite the high detail, the model is not heavy and will open even on a weak computer. Easy can be used in animations, games or in realtime projects. The set of models was made in 3ds Max (max, obj, fbx) and rendered in marmoset toolbag 4.
