Spanning a total built area of 404 m, the architectural layout maximizes every square meter through an open-plan philosophy. The primary design strategy focuses on prioritizing visual openness and establishing an intuitive, fluid visitor circulation that prevents bottlenecking during high-capacity events. By understanding the dynamics of cultural spaces, the design ensures that transitions between distinct areas feel natural, continuous, and highly adaptable to varying exhibition requirements.
A defining innovation of this project is the smart zoning of service areas. The restrooms and mechanical facilities are centralized into a sleek, freestanding island core. By pulling these services away from the walls, the entire building perimeter is completely liberated. This architectural decision allows for the configuration of expansive, column-free exhibition galleries and lecture halls that enjoy maximum flexibility, giving curators total freedom to modify the space according to the scale of each event.
The building envelope features extensive glazed facades and large floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the perimeter. This design choice floods the interior reception, lobby, and lounge areas with optimal natural light, significantly reducing energy demands during daytime use. Furthermore, these glass expanses frame continuous, panoramic views of the exterior landscape, blurring the boundary between the internal cultural experience and the surrounding environment, which enhances the overall well-being of the attendees.
At the technical level, this SketchUp model has been developed with strict geometric accuracy, organizing structural components, clean geometry, and material finishes into optimized layers and groups. Every surface, from the structural framework to the refined interior finishes, has been carefully detailed to support high-fidelity photorealistic rendering engines. This comprehensive modeling approach enables a smooth, multi-angle exploration of the building, transforming the file into an invaluable, turnkey asset for spatial planning, design validation, and high-impact client pitches.
