ABOUT

I've been playing around with DAZ since 2019 as a hobbyist. I've got no background in photography, but many years painting (cars, motorcycles, guitars, and the like), so I have some color training and sense. I've always been One to toss the instruction book and push buttons / twist knobs 'till something breaks, then dial it back a smidge. Other hobbies have strong crossovers between RL and digital as well: I'm a maker (3D design and printing: art, functional objects, nick-nacks, gaming miniatures) and high-fidelity flight and driving sim aficionado. I'm also looking to bring my decades of martial art and sword training into the digital art world as well through realistic pose packs. (The current offerings in these areas are just plain silly, and it bugs the snot out of me). I'm always open to advice and criticism regarding my DAZ playtime. There is so much amazing artwork here on the Hub, and I have so much to learn.
