5 Inch FPV Freestyle Quadcopter Animated 3D Model
Size Wheelbase: 225 mm
Length: 27.3 cm Width: 27.4 cm Height: 8.1 cm (with 5 inch propellers and antennas)
It is the high-quality 3D model of drone used in various fields 3D Graphics such as: game development, advertising, interior design, motion picture art, visualization, etc‥
All details of design are recreated most authentically.
The competently think over topology of model allows to using any smoothing modifiers. All parts of the model need to smooth in subdivision level 1 or 2 for the best result.
ANIMATION: the model is rigged with a simple skeleton (Root, Body, four propeller bones) and comes with one seamless 120 frame loop at 30 fps (Flight_Hover): the four propellers spin together with their motors (correct CW / CCW directions) and the whole drone hovers with a few millimetres of up and down movement, drift and tilt. The blend file, the FBX and the 3ds Max scene contain the animation; the OBJ is the static rest pose.
Materials are set up for Cycles (Principled BSDF) with bevelled edges, edge wear, surface grain and roughness variation, made and rendered in Blender 5.2 LTS. If you work in a Blender version lower than 4.0, be careful: the Coat, Anisotropic and Transmission inputs of the shader do not exist there, so the carbon and the lens glass will look different. Unzip textures.zip next to the blend file, the materials look for the folder named textures. The 3ds Max scene has V-Ray 7 materials. textures.zip also contains the baked 4096 x 4096 atlas set for game engines (BaseColor, Roughness, Metallic, AO, packed ORM, Normal OpenGL and DirectX) in the folder textures/Baked_4096.
Polygon count of non-smooth model 60226 vertex 62104
all textures in archive file
