Dead Man Body Paint for G9
Those who have embraced their own fate, tied up those loose ends and are ready to commit to the path of the Dead Man paint themselves for the occasion.
For most, this is short lived as once the paint has been slathered on, death often follows soon after. Some use it as a time to spend the rest of their lives solving a problem deemed impossible, in order to benefit the future of their society (eg. taking out a local warlord, roaming giant, going into seal the plague pits etc). For others, they take on the role of a reaper, ending the lives that have been deemed unworthy of living.
To don the paint of the Dead Man is not in celebration of a god or of faith, just death itself. The finite end of life. Due to this the Dead Man is feared, for if one sees a Dead Man, death soon follows…
