I had been searching for a tiger striped skin to create tiger-girls from some time when I came across Tiger-Lily for G2F.
Since I don’t own the skins I can’t sell them to you. I have however found there is software available to easily G2F skins on a G8F figure. You can use the G8F Anatomical Element with this method but so far I have not found a way to use other geografts with the G2F skin.
To make your tiger elves you will need both
Tiger-Lily for G2F by DemonicaEvilius and Jessaii
Legacy UVs for Genesis 8: Victoria 6 by Caymen Studios
OR
Blacksmith3D Texture Transformer and the appropriate Add On pack (G2F to G3F)

A PDF with a summary of what other products you need, with links to those products. There are also some helpful tips to make your character creation easier.
An eye preset to give your character a catlike pupil
Three morphs for teeth, claws and ears

To install:
Unzip into your Daz3D directory, either the program folder or your "My Library" folder.
To Use:
This product contains only a head and body morph for my character Teegra.
It does not include materials, hair or clothing.
Using the morphs
You will find Apply/Remove icons for the morphs and eye preset in
People >> Genesis 8 Female >> Characters >> bikdingle >> !Tiger Elf Morphs
If you want to work the sliders and not apply the morphs at 100%
Morphs >> Bikdingle >>> Tiger Elf G8
The PDF is located in both the Documentation Folder and is linked in
People >> Genesis 8 Female >> Characters >> bikdingle >> !Tiger Elf Morphs
Notes on using the ears and hair together are included in the PDF
