1. Select your character.
2. Load the dress.
3. (Optional) Select the dress and load the fuzz.
4. Choose a dForce preset.
5. Simulate.
TIPS:
Any color preset will work on the dress or the fuzz. So you don't have to have yellow fuzz on a yellow dress. You can mix and match. To change the fuzz color, select it in the scene and load the color preset. To change both at once, select the dress in the scene tab, hold down <ctrl> and select the fuzz. Then choose the color. It will load onto both.
The fuzz will not interfere with your simulation, so you can run a dForce simulation with or without it. The fuzz will appear unparented in the scene tab. LEAVE IT that way. It will follow your character's pose or animation. If you change the parent, it won't follow. Just leave it as is. That's easy, right?
