Heaven Rays EZ Volumetric Cube for Daz Studio and Iray
System Requirements:
PC/MAC, Daz Studio
Product requirements:
Daz Studio
Nvidia Iray
Heaven Rays is an easy to use, effective and fast rendering volumetric cube for Daz Studio and Nvidia Iray. It features an EZ set of sliders to control the fogginess of the volume and the clarity of the volume. This does not use the Daz Volume shader or a vdb file. It works natively with the volume parameters in Iray. It loads very quickly, renders quickly and looky here: aiming beams! The provided "Heaven Lamp" is a mesh light prop, a more sophisticated version of our ring flash cam. There are four lights inside of a can which can be morphed in various ways. One of those ways is to converge the beams onto a given point in a scene. After you load the subset, choose the Heaven lamp from it and use the provided clickable icon in the main folder to turn the Aiming Beams ON. Then use the convergence morph to adjust the aim. Once you have it aimed, use the icon to turn the Aiming Beams OFF. This provides beautiful light focus. Thanks for purchasing Heaven Rays. As always, happy rendering!
To install:
Unzip into your Daz3D directory, either the program folder or your "My Library" folder. You'll find Heaven Rays under:
Architecture --> Causam3D --> Heaven Rays
To Use:
Load the lighting Subset into your scene, then use the Heaven Cam to aim the light. If desired use the aiming beams to focus the light beams on a particular point in your scene. Use the EZ sliders to adjust the fog.
