Vellus Nine Body Hair for Genesis 9
Thanks for your interest in Vellus Nine. This asset is a strand based body hair which was created to accommodate Daz Studio's Genesis 9 figure. A lot of work and testing has gone into making this asset easy to use and versatile for maximum Iray render utility in Daz Studio.
Like G8F versions, Vellus Nine makes use of selection sets to allow the artist to control the hair on different areas of the body, improved mapping, and better directionality.
Following the steps and advice in the included PDF guide will help you turn out great Iray body hair renders having fine detail without much effort. It is meant to be a product that you use in a production sense rather than as a novelty to play with. But hey nobody says that you can't take your time and have some fun with it too!
Note, May 20th 2023: We discovered this morning that a setting in the product zip version was incorrect. The setting has been changed to the correct value, and a new product zip has been uploaded after being thoroughly checked. Please download the update if you have already purchased Vellus Nine.
