F1 2008 Cars and Helmets 3D Model
IMPORTANT: Although the textures are correctly assigned and mapped in every format, the shaders and renders of the thumbnails are only from the 3ds max and VRay version.
At the moment the pack contains 10 cars, 10 helmets and the steering wheels. On 17th february is the official presentation of Super Aguri, two days later I'll update the pack with the last car and helmet so you'll can download the new models without paying any more.
Cars and helmets included:
-Ferrari F2008 (Raikkonen helmet)
-Vodafone McLaren MP4-23 (Hamilton helmet)
-ING Renault R28 (Alonso helmet)
-Williams FW30 (Rosberg helmet)
-Sauber F1.08 (Heidfeld helmet)
-Honda RA108 (Button helmet)
-Toyota TF108 (Trulli helmet)
-Red Bull RB4 (Coulthard helmet)
-Toro Rosso STR3 (Vettel helmet)
-Force India (Fisichella helmet)
It includes also three steering wheels (McLaren, Ferrari and generic one). High resolution textures (up to 2500 x 700 for helmets and 2048 x 2048 for cars).
The model includes the control mesh with no subdivisions ready to subdivide with Catmull-Clark subdivisions, so you can subdivide as much as you need in your own software.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Just subdivide the objects named SUBD_XXXXXX.
Exported to other formats with convertion tools and plugins. Materials assigned and textures mapped but reflection shaders need little adjustment in others formats than 3ds max.
Perfect for extreme close-ups. The 3ds max file includes vray and scanline versions. Thumbnails scene only with 3ds max 9 and vray 1.5 RC3.
