Bluewaters Island Dubai Marina area UAE
Bluewaters Island is a new man-made island located opposite the Dubai Marina area. The island is divided into five zones: residential, shopping, entertainment, hotel and beach. In the central part there is the world's tallest Ferris wheel, Ain Dubai, and in the shopping and entertainment area there are more than 200 shops, restaurants and cafes.
Is a high quality model. Models possible to use in any project. Originally modeled in Blender 2.91.2 and 3ds max 2015. Final images rendered with Corona render 1.7 and Marmoset Toolbag 3
Model resolutions are optimized for polygon efficiency. All colors can be easily modified. Model is fully textured with all materials applied. No cleaning up necessary, just drop your models into the scene and start rendering. No special plugin needed to open scene.
