FANTASTIC! Been wanting and actual piece like this for decades… this is the next best thing.
World's Fair Saturn Lamp from the Red Room Collection
Do you need to decorate a place in which you can talk backward with a small man and his cousin? Are you a replicant but don't know it chasing down other replicants in the terrible future of 2019? Do you long for the days of World's Fairs? Well, this one objet d'art can satiate all three of those urges!
Originally manufactured for the NY World's Fair in 1939, the Saturn Lamp was mostly consigned to obscurity, until two major pieces of American Media in the 1980s used it. The Saturn Lamp first appeared atop Deckard's piano in Blade Runner and then only a handful of years later materialized in a room of chevron floors and velvet curtains in David Lynch's show Twin Peaks. There's even been some discussion about whether or not this was the SAME prop.
Recreated here with its signature green emmissive glow, the Saturn Lamp can be yours.
