Five Eyes - Low Poly 3D Model
A low poly 3D model of of a five-eyed horror. Dubbed "Five Eyes" by the heretical mages who discovered it; this creature lurks the darkness between the stars. They collect near concentrated pockets of corrupted magic known as "madness", most commonly emitted by Great Old Ones and Outer Gods. Places where "Five Eyes" gather are considered territory forbidden to sentient species, to mitigate the influence of the unknowable horrors within. "Five Eyes" are the strongest recorded phase of the "Evil Eye" life cycle, formed when a "Tri Gazer" amasses enough magic and merges with two more "Evil Eye". The five minds of the fused "Evil Eye" allow this superior servitor move objects with its mind and cast powerful curses. It is possible there are even stronger evolutions of "Evil Eye", but no living mage has discovered such a creature.
