Chevrolet Corvette SR2 3D Model
High detailed, correctly scaled model of 1956 Harlow Curtice Chevrolet Corvette SR2 . Originally created with 3ds Max 8. Rendered with V-Ray, files with standard materials are included. Unit system is set to metric units. Model is built to real-world scale.
Geometry is Editable Poly (quads/tris only). TurboSmooth is use separately to objects ( 73 of 107 named objects) with iterations 2 ( 804854 polys, 440047 vert.) Each file was checked before upload. Materials and textures are included (6 textures - jpg 1024X1024).
This Corvette was delivered new to the General Motors Technical Center in Warren, MI as Ordered by Mr. Harlow Curtice, GM president. The car was then extensively modified as a SR-2 (a showcase vehicle for new technology). It is only one of 3 or 4 such vehicles, and from most accounts the most original. It was the only SR-2 designed to be street driven.
