Dreamline Studios makes garments and accessories for Daz Studio. Every piece is patterned as real clothing, simulated for drape, and finished the way a tailor would finish it: bias binding, matched trims, hardware that holds its shape.
We build for the render, not for the turntable. That means quad topology and clean subdivision, dForce that behaves under a real pose, fit morphs for the characters that are not the base figure, and PBR textures that hold up in a close-up.

Impressive Outfit!
dForce Marisol Beach Outfit for Genesis 8, 8.1 Female and 9
Two figures, not one conversion
Marisol ships as two separate builds. The Genesis 8 Female version is conformed to the Genesis 8 skeleton; the Genesis 9 version is conformed to the Genesis 9 skeleton, with its own weight transfer, its own fit morphs and its own material presets.
Genesis 8.1 Female is covered by the Genesis 8 Female build, which fits it without conversion.
Two pieces, worn your way
For each figure, Marisol comes as three wearables: the top and skirt together in one click, the triangle top on its own, and the maxi skirt on its own. Wear the full set, or pair either piece with the rest of your wardrobe.
The maxi skirt is cut as flaring panels. The hem sweeps wide and moves, while the fabric stays flat at the waist instead of bunching. The triangle top is a halter, with the neck and back ties modeled as sewn tubes rather than flat strips, so they read as real ties from any angle.
A skirt that simulates, a top that holds
The skirt is dForce ready and subdivision ready, with an elastic waistband and quad topology. Drop it into a simulation and it settles, gathers and flows with the pose.
The top is conforming. Its ties are sewn tubes only a few millimetres across, finer than dForce tolerates, so instead of fighting a simulation it follows the figure through rigging and keeps its shape in any pose.
Fit that you control
Fourteen fit morphs, six on the top and eight on the skirt, grouped under Dreamline Studios > Fit in the Parameters pane. Bust, Belly and Reveal on the top; Belly, Glutes, Thighs and a Shorten morph on the skirt, with Left and Right sliders where it makes sense.
They are there for the moment a character does not match the base figure and the fabric starts to clip. Instead of fighting smoothing iterations or pushing dForce, you move a slider. The morphs are cut from each garment's own rigging, so the Genesis 9 sliders follow Genesis 9 anatomy rather than being copied across from the Genesis 8 build.
Ten colors, mix and match
A beach palette of ten dyed fabrics: Linen, Coconut, Cacau, Noir, Coral, Lagoon, Terracotta, Indigo, Guava and Palm. The skirt carries all ten; the top comes in nine, cut in the deeper Cacau base rather than raw linen.
Beyond the solid colorways, the surfaces are split so you can build your own combinations in one click. Recolor the cups and the ties of the top on their own, or the body and the waistband of the skirt on their own, or apply a Set preset for a ready two-tone pairing. That is seventy-three material presets per figure, so any cup, tie, skirt or waistband can take any color.
Built to simulate
The skirt uses a linen setup: low bend stiffness with a firm stretch, so it drapes with soft folds rather than holding a shape. Linen, tricot and elastic each use a 2K PBR texture set, with base color, bump, normal, roughness and opacity.
