The model is prepared for 3dsmax 2015, v-ray 3.2 and Corona render 1.5.
Dimensions:
Length 43 cm
Height 85 cm
Depth 50 cm.
Seat: L41 x H64 x P38 cm.
On the model in the scene, the Turbosmooth modifier is assigned in the Render Iterations = 2 mode, which is applied only during rendering.
In the obj file, the model is saved with the applied Turbosmooth.
All objects have normal names.
All materials have convenient names.

The Pivot Point is centered on the model.
Who works in V-Ray version lower than 3.1, be careful, in the materials in the BRDF section there is Microfaset GTR (GGX), if your version is older than 3.1, then the BRDF field will be empty. Choose Blinn, Phong or Ward - which is preferable for you.
For Corona render, it is recommended to install a version not lower than 1.5, since the glossiness of the materials is adjusted taking into account PBR.
