Ongoing Visibility Issues with Gallery Posts No Support Response for 3 Days
Hello RenderHub community,
I'm writing here because, after reaching out to support three days ago about a serious visibility issue with my gallery posts, I have still received no response or acknowledgment.
Here's the problem:
My gallery posts, despite having higher likes and views than others featured, do not appear in the "New Gallery Posts" section.
New renders posted on April 25th (mine) are missing, while older posts from as far back as April 23rd are still being showcased.
I've attached screenshots with timestamps to support this.
Link to Screenshot Evidence
I'm extremely concerned because this affects both exposure and sales, and more importantly, fair treatment on the platform.
I initially thought it might be a technical glitch, but the ongoing silence is disappointing and feels dismissive. I believe creators deserve transparency if there are any hidden policies affecting post visibility.
If this post is removed without explanation, it will only further prove that there is a lack of openness around these issues.
I am posting here hoping for answers, and for RenderHub to address this properly not just for myself, but for every artist putting time and effort into their work.
Thank you.

There is no need to panic or jump to conclusions. You just need to understand how SafeSite works on the website.
From your "Link to Screenshot Evidence" image, I can see you had your SafeSite set to Adult.
The SafeSite Adult setting shows only Adult and Mature content. Your images are neither of those, so they will not be displayed with that setting.
When SafeSite is set to Moderate, your images appear as they should - both when sorted by Newest and Trending.
I apologize if this functionality was not immediately clear.

Sat, Apr 26Thanks for the clarification regarding the SafeSite settings.
Initially, I had the impression that "Adult" would include everything (both Adult and Safe content), but I now understand that Adult mode specifically filters out non-mature content, including regular Safe posts.
Appreciate the explanation. It’s clearer now that each SafeSite mode separates content types rather than layering them. I’ll adjust my settings accordingly moving forward.
Thanks again for your time and clarification.

Sat, Apr 26Thanks for letting me know. I understand delays happen, especially when key team members are on vacation — no hard feelings there.
That said, just to give a little background: the last time I had a major issue (related to a payment hold due to a backend fee I wasn’t aware of), it took three messages before getting a reply. It was pretty stressful since I had plans tied to that payment, but thankfully it was resolved in the end.
This time, after releasing my new product, I noticed that the traffic was only moving when I was actively campaigning outside RenderHub (Facebook, etc.). That naturally got me worried again — and given past experiences, I may have panicked a little quicker than normal.
Anyway, I appreciate you checking into it now, and thanks again for your time and patience with me!

Sat, Apr 26I'm sorry. We would prefer not to do this in the public forum, but you have left me with no choice.
"...it took three messages before getting a reply..."
That statement is inaccurate and misleading to anyone reading your post. There were no "three messages before getting a reply".
I took a look at your Support messages regarding that issue. In your second message, you said:
"...I'm following up on my previous message, as it has been 14 hours without a response..."
That message from you was on a Saturday, and our agent replied to your message on the same day. There was no third message from you before receiving a reply. And all other correspondence there happened with our Support agent replying to your messages on the same day or within 24 hours.
We don't have a problem with you publicly voicing your concerns. But in the future, please do so accurately so you don't mislead other readers of your posts.
Thank you.

May I ask why you're assuming that your post might be removed without explanation?
We have no reason to remove posts that raise concerns in good faith. In fact, we pride ourselves on being very transparent and welcoming of feedback and criticism from the community.
If you're feeling uncertain about anything, we would be happy to discuss it with you. Feel free to reply here, or send a private message to Support.
Thank you.

Sat, Apr 26I just want to clarify: I never said my images were removed — people were still able to like and comment through direct links or ongoing conversations, even though I wasn’t seeing them appear in the main Gallery's New section.
When I noticed some older renders were still visible in the New section while mine (newer ones) weren't appearing, I initially thought it might be a technical issue or filter problem. That gave me a bad impression — because as you can imagine, we artists have targets too.
When you release a new product (especially one where the artwork is directly tied to potential sales) and then see no exposure inside the platform unless you manually drive traffic yourself, it feels like something must be wrong. Naturally, that leads to a lot of concern and second-guessing.
I hope you understand — it’s not about accusing, but about worrying whether the system is helping or hurting our launches. I truly appreciate you taking the time to explain things, and I'm relieved to know there's an open channel for discussion.
Thanks again for your time and for clearing things up!

Sat, Apr 26I'm not talking about image removal. I'm asking about this statement you made in your original post:
"...If this post is removed without explanation, it will only further prove that there is a lack of openness around these issues..."

Sat, Apr 26Just to add a quick clarification:
When I mentioned concern about exposure and sales, I didn’t mean that the artwork lacked appeal — quite the opposite!
I actually received direct buying interest for my latest renders (Alianna and Carolyn) from three different people.
So it was surprising to see no store sales inside the platform despite outside interest.
I just wanted to explain that better so there’s no misunderstanding. Thanks again!

Sat, Apr 26Thanks for the follow-up.
To be honest, that line came from past experiences where communication delays made me feel like concerns might not be heard — and naturally, that creates some fear about transparency.
It wasn't meant as a direct accusation against RenderHub, but more of a cautious reaction based on the frustration I was feeling at the time.
I'm glad to see you’re open to feedback and conversation — that already shows a lot more openness than what I feared.
Appreciate the discussion and your patience.

Sat, Apr 26Great! Thanks for clearing that up. I was worried because what you described is the exact opposite of how we handle legitimate concerns here.
As you can see, your thread has remained open and public. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to reach out anytime.
Thank you for your participation in the RenderHub community.

Sat, Apr 26Thanks again for your response.
Just to clarify, I’ve already been following the steps you outlined in your forum — posting multiple renders, running campaigns on external platforms like Facebook, and optimizing everything as best as I can.
But despite these efforts, I’m still not seeing the views or traction I would expect, especially compared to other products that have fewer likes but much higher views.
Could you help me understand if there’s anything else I might be missing in terms of exposure on the platform, or if there’s something about the algorithm or visibility system that could be affecting my results differently?
I’m really just trying to figure out how I can improve my experience here and make sure my products get the attention they deserve.
Thanks for your continued support.

Sat, Apr 26Since your new concerns are a separate topic from your original post, it would probably be best not to address them here.
Feel free to contact Support or start another forum thread if you wish.

Sat, Apr 26Thanks for the clarification.
Just to let you know, I’ve already sent a message to Support about this issue, as it’s been affecting my sales and overall experience on the platform. I understand this is a separate topic, but I wanted to bring it up in this thread as well because it’s deeply connected to my concerns about visibility and exposure.
I’m hopeful that Support can provide more insight, but I wanted to make sure this is on your radar as well.
Thanks for your time and support!

Sat, Apr 26The title of your thread is regarding "Visibility Issues with Gallery Posts".
Since your new concerns are about product sales, that's off-topic for this thread.
If we can't keep this thread on-topic, you'll leave me with no choice but to close it.
