If I buy a 3D model with an extended license that is not made for Daz, am I allowed to include it in a product for Daz? Essentially, I want to buy a prop and make a product consisting of poses for the prop but also include the prop in the package.

To really clarify the question and help you get a precise answer, let's take a file in obj format as an example:
Case 1
The obj file is included as is in the package.
Case 2
The obj file is transformed into a duf file (Daz Studio format), and this duf file is included in the package.

Tue, May 06These situations are not meaningfully different from each other, taking someone else's work, altering it into a different format and redistributing it is still practically always wrong without explicit permission to do that. Hard to enforce but especially if you're selling someone else's work in this fashion, yeah don't do that.
As Excessive already sayd: resale is a no-go!
However, one option would be to contact the seller here, using the Renderhub system. If he agrees (and changes his mind later) you would have it in writing.
If he refuses, so be it
Perhaps you could also suggest to the CC that you work together and share the profits?
