"For this contest, create an original outfit that is worthy of the runway stage."
When you say "CREATE an ORIGINAL outfit" Does that mean we are supposed to actually create each piece of clothing from scratch - create the 3D model of the dress etc., and texture it, using Blender or Marvellous Designer or one of the other 3D modelling software?
Or do you mean we take already created content, like the dress, and shoes, etc. that we've bought here or else where, and dress a model with pieces of already created wardrobe to create an original "look" (kit-bash) so that the assembled outfit looks like something you'd see on a fashion show runway?

Yes, this is a clothing design contest. Per the Deliverables section, it says "completely original outfit". For clarity, I have edited the intro paragraph so that the language matches.
