Hey everyone, i hope you are good.
Guys i found out something that wasn't happening before (for me at least): If you open Renderhub's main page and search for a product by it's name like for example: "Isabella", as she is a Daz character made by me, she won't appear unless you change the option from "3D models" to "Daz Content". I don't know what most buyers search but personally i don't know if a newcomer that knows we sell Daz stuff will pay attention to that and change the option.
I think if they are looking for a product by it's name and it won't appear, i believe they will think the store doesn't have it and will just leave, i actually did this lol days ago until i found this out lol.
Is that how supposed to work? If not, it's not the best let the website with "No filter" and we "add" the filter if we want to so it will show everything with that keyword? Just my opinion btw.

The default search heading should be MARKETPLACE which includes the entire store, not just 3D models which is a smaller subset. for exactly the reasons you mention.
When SEARCH is set to marketplace, your Isabella shows up.

Sat, May 24Thanks! Yeah that's what i thought, Renderhub sells a lot of content, from Daz models to images and sounds, i don't think it should use a "default search" when we open the store either
