That looks like a head that has been "double dialed in".
Do you have a full character morph dialed in, and then a head morph also?
That would make the head morph - morph twice.

not at all, it should be the Genesis 8 Char. I have a new installation of DAZ 4.15 and get this.

You get that when you load a base G8F? If so, are you seeing any active morph dials?
If you're not sure how to tell, click on the character in the scene tab, then in the Parameters tab, filter by Currently Used.
Do you see anything there?

not at all, i edit the help-file and found only a lot of cachefiles not used.

i kick it all out now and start with a plain installation.
it happend after the 8.1 cames out. never see it before.

This is unfortunately a common problem usually caused by a character that was created improperly.
