Licensing Confusion (CLOSED)

Greetings!
I'm a bit confused by the licensing I'm seeing here. I'm making a game, using DAZ to render sprites, and I often cannot find exactly what I'm looking for, but here I've found both B-2 and B-21 bombers. I've been looking for flying wings for a while, and had to make an American skin for a German fighter and increase the scale, so of course I was very excited, but I'm confused by the license.
It says "Extended Use License (IP Restricted)
This item comes with our Extended Use Licensing. This means that you may use the model in a variety of mediums and applications. But, because certain intellectual property depicted in this model may not be affiliated with or endorsed by the original rights holder, this model is subject to an Editorial Use Only Restriction which limits the ways in which you may use this model"
If I understand this and the expanded explanation correctly, I can use the model for a game, but I'm not allowed to use the model for a game. Is there anyone who has dealt with this before and can explain it to me?
Thank you

If you click the link in the license section on a product page, it will take you to the full license.
Here's a hotlink to the Editorial Use Only Restriction section. That should clear it up for you.

"Extended Use License (IP Restricted)"
If I see "IP Restricted" to me, it is considered unusable for everything, except fanart.
And in general, the person who uploaded that IP restricted item, simply took it from somewhere else, and has no real legal rights to it.
