About third party rights

Hi admins,
Quick question regarding this contest rule, it may seem straightforward, but I think it's important to clarify:
"Submitted work may not infringe on any third-party rights."
Specifically for this contest, just to be sure - does this mean using marketplace assets as background props, or in this case, even DAZ Genesis base figures as outfit models in our renders, could be grounds for disqualification? In other words, even though the outfit is what will be judged, do supporting assets shown need to be 100% original, aside from the required runway stage?
Thank you!

Your actual clothing outfit must be an ORIGINAL CREATION from you NOT a copy of a costume from"Final Fantasy 16" or the "Overwatch" video game etc.
Using a Daz or Iclone character as the base figure wearing the outfit is not a problem as this is not a Character creation contest it is a clothing creation contest.
