As @Anabran mentioned in the comment to your gallery post, this is stated in the official rules:
"Your outfit can appear on any character of your choosing, but you must use this free runway scene:
https://www.renderhub.com/renderhub/fashion-show-runway
Optionally, feel free to include your logo on the walls or texture other elements of the runway scene. You are also not required to use the default lighting, aspect ratio, or camera angle presets in the scene. You are free to set up your scene and lighting however you want."

You can certainly *add to* the provided runway scene, or include extra renders as shown in your scene - but it cannot be a replacement for the requirements as stated in the rules.
Regarding 4K renders, that's no problem. The rules do state this:
"...Renders may be in any aspect ratio format, but must be high resolution at least 1920x1080 or 1080x1920..."

OMG, thank you for the reply, yes I added every asset acc top of the runaway scene to match up my character of choice!
