Payment went through, but didn't get my items. (CLOSED)

Issue is what it says on the tin. I've submitted a ticket with my paypal transaction ID so I'm just waiting on a response. Me posting this message is more for visibility and good measure. The only other post I found was from 2023, and I didn't want to resurrect the dead post by chiming in with a "me too".
