New to RenderHub. I purchased three DAZ items and paid for them using PayPal. The payment has gone through on PayPal, and I looked at my bank app and the money has been paid for.
When I look at my downloads, there are no items to download.
I have send message to renderdub support but no replay yet

It is Sunday in the US firecard, I'm sure they will get back to you ASP come Monday. For what is worth, I trust RH more than I do DAZ when it comes to support

Sun, Aug 10, 2025Yeah it should show, and at this point I can only speculate, that being new, might need some manual thing to happen, but I really don't know. I do know they will fix it for you, that you can be sure about.

Mon, Aug 11, 2025I think there was a problem with the first paid purchase since only the free product is in the my downloads folder. The problem will be resolved by support and the resolution date varies depending on the number of messages received, it may be as early as Tuesday.
