This is typically a scam by someone outside the legal reach of copyright enforcement.
I get these teasers every now and then but after two or three email correspondences regarding details and payment methods, they disappear.
Additional research into this came up with several people who "contracted" with the end user, produced the work, sent it and never got anything in return.

Most artists ignore these posts.
