Is there a maximum size for the renders?
50Hi! I created my render in a 3000*2000 format in order to get as much quality as possible, but when I try to submit my entry, I get the message "Bad request - Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand". I tried several times but it seems I can't send my entry. Could you tell me if there is a maximum size allowed to the contest, please?
Or maybe it could be sent but I can't see yet on the constest page? How can I know if my entry was correctly submit, please?
Thank you in advance!

I just tried again with a smaller size (1920*1280), but I got the same issue... How can I submit my entry in this condition? Did anyone get the same issue?
I forgot to pricise that I am using a png file, because there is some transparency on my render, so I need the alpha channel...

Hi. I joined the contest with a PNG 3840x1920, so I don't think the problem is in the size nor in the pic type. I don't know what problem it could be but I suggest you to contact the assistance directly

Hi! It worked! The Support service told me what's the issue; it tell you here, in case someone would need it too:
- some of my additionnal images had special characters in their name, but they cannot.
- I hadn't understood that the size of ALL the images (not only the main one) had to be at least 1000*1000 px...
By respecting that, it worked perfectly. Thank you very much for your help!
I have another question about the images: from what I understood, I still can add additionnal images in comments on my post; since I hesitated between several versions of my render, may I join the other versions on a comment, or is it better that they are all related to the final version?
Thank you in advance!
