Hi everyone!
I submitted my render Charlies Demon The Smile from the Fire for the Horrific Render Contest 4 yesterday through the official entry form.

The render is already visible on my profile and has some likes,
but I dont see it appearing in the contest gallery yet.
I'm a bit worried that maybe I did something wrong or missed a step.
Does it usually take some time for the contest entries to appear,
or should it show up there immediately?

Hi! That's strange: I sent mine only 1h ago, and it already appear on the contest gallery. Furthermore, I can see the "contest thubnail" (not sure how I should call it), on the top right of my page, but not in yours... Maybe you should contact the Support Service; they helped me for my entry...

I decided to re-submit my render through the Enter Contest button once again - even though I did exactly the same the first time.
Now I can finally see my work appearing in the contest gallery!
I’m not sure what caused the issue - maybe it happened because I added a video this time
I’ll try to upload the same video to my first post through the comments section, just in case.

I re-uploaded my render through the Enter Contest button (even though Im pretty sure I did it the same way the first time ), and now I can finally see my work in the contest gallery!
At the moment, I have two versions of the same render one thats in the contest, and another one thats only in my personal gallery.
Do I need to delete the one thats just in my gallery, or is it okay to leave it there?
Also, I couldnt add my video through the comments, so I edited my contest entry and uploaded it directly there instead.

Mon, Oct 27, 2025If one is in the gallery only, but the other is in the contest only... I say just leave it. it just adds a new post on your gallery, it doesn't affect your contest entry in any way. Best of luck to you!
